Everyone gets "on the bandwagon" but can you STAY:

  • Work Out - 3 classes per week
  • Water - 16 oz of water during class
  • Walk - average of 49K steps per week

** YES! You CAN totally do MORE (if you want) but you CANNOT do LESS.

The Deets...

You've got 30 days to:

1. Nail your WORKOUTS:

  • Get 12 workouts in 30 days.
  • Yeah, you can do more, but you gotta figure out how you won't do less when life gets lifey.

2. Nail your WATER:

  • Hydrate!! Begin and finish 16 oz of water while in studio.
  • Sure, drinking beyond that is important but we want you to experience how good it feels to stay. hydrated DURING your workout sessions.

3. Nail your WALKING:

  • FACT... Those who are and stay lean move BEYOND their gym hours. You must AVERAGE NO LESS THAN 49,000 steps per week.

The FAQ's ...

You've got 30 days to:

  • "But this looks too easy to be challenging."

The basics are easy IN THE SHORT TERM. By week 3 you will feel your schedule and life trying to lure you away from new habits.

  • "But I don't like the cold and it's raining a lot. There's no way I can get my steps in."
  • Vacuum the house.
  • Mop the floor.
  • Finish the laundry.
  • Play with the dog.
  • Be the weirdo walking circles around the kitchen islands.
  • Remember you said this was "too easy"
  • ALL MOVEMENT REGISTERS AND COUNTS.

  • "Can I add flavor to my water?"

Hell yeah.

  • "How will you know I'm following through?"
  • Trackers will be provided and marked off in studio.
  • You can show a sweatlocal coach your weekly steps on your app before classes.
  • "When do we start?"
  • The week of January 10th - 14th are official start dates.
